Summary of role

SkySparc is a partner to Wall Street Systems, a company headquartered in New York. We are experts on their Wallstreet Suite - a treasury, risk and asset management system. Wallstreet Suite is both web and client/server based, a true real time system, based on 64 bit technology, supporting multiple operating systems, databases, web servers and hardware configurations, to mention some of its characteristics.

We are looking for the most talented graduates with a drive to learn and work hard.

As a Financial Consultant you will work with the functional side of Wallstreet Suite, e.g. issues like financial instruments, valuation, risk and performance, limit calculations, hedge effectiveness, etc.

As a System Specialist you will work with issues like integration to external systems, development of custom solutions for clients. The work includes problem analysis, specification, coding/configuration, testing. The work is often carried out together with client's staff and SkySparc's senior consultants.

Summary of program

The program is 12 months long and divided into 5 major blocks/milestones.

• Internal training (2 months)
• Wall Street Systems certification (1 month)
• On the job training in different areas (8 months)
• SkySparc certification (1 month)
• Assignment of permanent position

SkySparc will provide

• Assigned mentor responsible for coaching and following up on your performance.
• Dedicated Partner that will give you insights into client relationship and general management.
  The Partner will hold regular review meetings with you and your mentor.
• Internal and external training on products & services.
• Project management, presentation, client relationship and consultancy skill training.
• Certification tests by Wall Street Systems.
• Certification tests on SkySparc's products and services.

Educational requirements

Candidates must have outstanding merits and a Masters degree in Engineering Physics/Industrial Engineering/Computer Science with Financial Mathematics or comparable Engineering degree from a highly regarded University.
