Kick start your career - This is not a standardized high volume trainee program with few long term openings. We recruit because we have a need for new talent in our business and we want every successful candidate to have a long and prosperous career with us. The importance of this program is evidenced by our Partners being personally involved in recruiting and mentoring.

International perspective - We are mainly based in Stockholm but have the whole world as our market place. Our consultants work either remotely or on site at leading financial institutions around the world. This means that your next assignment could be in Los Angeles, Frankfurt, New York, Paris, Bangkok, London, etc.

FinTech - A commonly used name for our sector. You will work in the exciting cross section between Finance and Technology, a sector that has high capital spending and drives a lot of the development of new technology and services.

Training - External training on Wall Street Systems products. Your efforts in learning will give you official certifications that will strengthen your CV. The training doesn't stop after the first initial period as we firmly believe in sending even our most senior staff on training.

Remuneration - You will receive a competitive compensation package when you start with a base salary, a variable component and a right to participate in our Company Bonus Plan. We review packages every year when we have Personal Development Meetings and later on we look forward to offer ownership in the company to our most successful employees.
