SkySparc Appoints Carl Allen as Chief Executive Officer to Lead Next Phase of International Growth

STOCKHOLM – 1 September 2026 – SkySparc (the “Company”), a trusted global provider of digital transformation solutions for treasury and finance organizations, today announced the appointment of Carl Allen as Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 September 2026.

He succeeds Joakim Wiener, who led the Company for eight successful years and will continue with SkySparc as a Senior Advisor. Martin Berglund has also been appointed Chief Financial Officer as part of a transition to position the Company for further international expansion.  

The appointments follow the most active period of growth in SkySparc's history, including Bregal Milestone’s majority growth investment in September 2025, and the acquisitions of Inovotek in November 2025 and of Covarius and Uniun in April 2026, which together extended the Company’s reach across corporate treasury. Carl Allen's mandate is to scale that enlarged platform internationally, continue investing in the OmniFi and Uniun software platforms and their AI-enabled capabilities, and deepen the advisory and managed services SkySparc's clients depend on. SkySparc's delivery model and existing commitments to clients will not change.

Carl Allen brings extensive experience leading and scaling international technology and technology-enabled services businesses, much of it being private equity-backed, across SaaS, fintech and professional services. He joins from EVORA Group, a data and technology-enabled professional services platform for institutional real asset investors, where he was appointed CEO in 2025 and led the business through its acquisition by Deepki in 2026. He has previously served as CEO of myenergi, Strategic Blue and GDS Group, and earlier held senior leadership positions at IBM, including as Executive Partner for its Automotive, Aerospace and Defence practice.

Alongside Carl Allen’s appointment, Martin Berglund's arrival strengthens SkySparc's finance function for a larger and more international group. He joins from Hubexo, a global construction data and software platform, where he served as Chief Financial Officer, and has held board positions at 3F Media Group, Forecon Oy and ProdLib Oy.
