Your first year at SkySparc
Stage 1:
Learn the foundations
Gain a deep understanding of SkySparc’s products, client approach and technology stack. You’ll start by learning the consultant role, getting to know our systems and tools through structured, in-depth training.
Stage 2:
Apply your knowledge
Join project teams, contribute to live assignments and start taking ownership of small workstreams with guidance from senior colleagues. Your mentor will work closely with you throughout your first projects, helping you develop confidence and practical know-how.
Stage 3:
Grow and specialise
As your experience builds, you’ll take on more responsibility and explore areas that interest you most – from business consulting to systems integration or product innovation. You’ll be encouraged to cultivate your own leadership style by drawing on your strengths, passions and personal values.

Learning doesn’t stop after your first year. SkySparc Academy supports every stage of your career through ongoing mentoring, training sessions and global collaboration.
