SkySparc and SKG Services Europe form a strategic partnership combining TMS, treasury advisory, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise to support global finance transformation.
Odense and Copenhagen – 19 November, 2025 – SKG Services Europe (SKGSE), a leading expert in banking and treasury automation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), and SkySparc, a trusted global provider of treasury and finance solutions, have announced a strategic partnership to deliver integrated advisory and implementation services for multinational enterprises.
Many large organizations operate treasury and finance functions across multiple platforms, including treasury management systems (TMS) such as FIS, Kyriba, and Wallstreet Suite (WSS), alongside ERP systems like D365 F&O and SAP. This partnership combines SKGSE’s D365 F&O banking and treasury specialization with SkySparc’s expertise in treasury advisory and TMS platforms to guide clients through strategic system-architecture decisions and deliver integrated implementations.
The two firms have already collaborated on a multinational rollout of a bank & cash management and in-house banking solution for a global enterprise using D365 F&O integrated with Kyriba as the TMS, covering 70+ legal entities, 280 bank accounts, and 20+countries. The project exemplifies the large-scale, multi-system programs the partnership will deliver.
