Senior Implementation Consultant (FIS Integrity)

German Speaking | Treasury and Risk Management Solutions

To strengthen our growing team in the DACH region, we are looking for an experienced  German speaking Implementation Consultant with certification in FIS Integrity.

Your Role

In this role, you will take a leading position in the implementation of FIS Integrity solutions, supporting treasury organizations in modernizing their processes, systems, and control mechanisms. Look forward to collaborating with leading international companies, working within a highly qualified treasury environment, and participating in exciting treasury transformation projects.

Your Responsibilities

As an Implementation Consultant, you will:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from Treasury, Accounting, Risk Management, and IT.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into suitable system solutions.
• Configure and optimize the application to best meet our clients' needs.
• Design and maintain interfaces, workflows, reports, and integrations.
• Conduct and facilitate workshops, training, and User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
• Support project planning, scope management, and solution design.
• Act as a trusted advisor and provide best-practice recommendations.
• Collaborate with colleagues from different countries and functional areas.

Your Profile

Must have

• Certification in FIS Integrity (Level 1, 2, or 3).
• Professional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Practical experience in implementing FIS Integrity for corporate treasury clients.
• Solid understanding of treasury processes, particularly in the following areas:
  • Cash Management
  • Payment Transactions
  • Bank Connectivity
  • Financial Risk Management
  • Treasury Operations
• Experience in collaborating with functional departments and management on the client side.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Willingness to travel according to project requirements.

Preferred

The following skills are desirable but not required:

• Market information systems (e.g., Refinitiv, Bloomberg)
• Trading platforms (e.g., FXall, 360T)
• EBICS and SWIFT connectivity
• ISO 20022 payment formats
• Treasury Process Optimization
• Power BI
• Consulting experience at a treasury consultancy or technology provider
• Experience in leading workstreams or small project teams.
