Your role
As part of our newly established office, SkySparc is looking for an experienced advisor within Corporate Cash and Treasury Management.
In this role, you will provide functional expertise and advisory support by defining practical, execution-ready strategies grounded in real operational constraints. You will work closely with clients to support treasury transformation initiatives, process improvements, and system-related projects.
Project work may require you to operate either on-site or remotely, depending on client needs and project scope. You will collaborate with colleagues across SkySparc to deliver high-quality outcomes and build long-term client relationships.
Required skills, experiences and qualifications
- Strong understanding of treasury and cash management principles
- Solid experience within cash management, cash forecasting, payments, banking, and in-house banking processes
- Experience managing revolving credit facilities, foreign exchange instruments, and capital markets activities
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask during peak periods
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a professional consulting environment
